Andrew Lamberti
I coach people working in marketing, communications and PR to help them build momentum in their careers.
Before retraining as a professional life coach, I spent over 30 years working in marketing and communications. This included 24 years leading and line-managing teams in the public and private sectors.
I understand the realities of this profession: the pressure to deliver, the need to influence others, and the challenge of building a successful career without losing sight of your work-life balance.
Why I became a coach
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been helping people grow by building confidence, developing their strengths, and supporting them to move forward professionally.
This is what led me to become a coach. I now use my experience to help marketing and communications professionals think clearly, overcome challenges, and take practical steps towards a more fulfilling working life.
My background
My background includes leadership roles in marketing and communications teams at organisations including The University of Law, the Bar Standards Board and Cafcass. In these roles, I worked both strategically and operationally in complex environments.
Over the years, I have led campaigns, launched products, managed PR issues, relaunched websites, handled sensitive internal communications, supported senior leaders by offering strategic marketing and communications advice, and much more.
I have worked closely with professionals at many different career stages and directly managed people in mid-level and junior roles as well as those in management positions. That means I understand many of the pressures and opportunities that come with establishing yourself in this profession, developing your contribution and influence in a team or organisation, and taking on greater responsibility.

Qualifications and accreditation
I am a professional life coach with a Diploma in Life Coaching from The Coaching Academy.
I am also:
- an associate member of the Association for Coaching;
- a DISC personality profiling certified coach; and
- I have a Diploma in Marketing and a degree in Business Studies.
