About me
I coach people working in marketing, communications and PR to help them build clarity, confidence and momentum in their careers.
Before retraining as an accredited life coach, I spent over 30 years working in marketing and communications, including 24 years leading and line-managing teams across the public and private sectors.
I understand the realities of this profession: the pressure to deliver, the need to influence others, and the challenge of building a successful career without losing sight of your wellbeing.
Why I became a coach
One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been helping people grow - building confidence, developing their strengths and supporting them to move forward professionally.
That is what led me to become a coach. I now use my experience to help marketing and communications professionals think clearly, overcome challenges and take practical steps towards a more fulfilling working life.
My background
My background includes leadership roles in marketing and communications teams at organisations including The University of Law, the Bar Standards Board and Cafcass. In these roles, I worked both strategically and operationally in complex environments.
Over the years, I have led campaigns, launched products, managed PR issues, relaunched websites, handled sensitive internal communications and supported senior leaders with strategic marketing and communications advice.
I have worked closely with professionals at many different career stages and directly managed people in junior roles and those moving into management for the first time. That means I understand many of the pressures and opportunities that come with building confidence, developing your voice and taking on greater responsibility in this profession.

Qualifications and accreditation
I am an accredited life coach with a Diploma in Life Coaching from The Coaching Academy.
I am also a:
- member of the Association for Coaching
- DISC personality profiling certified coach
I have a Diploma in Marketing.
